CDN and Security (Cloudflare)

All traffic to newshub is routed through Cloudflare, which acts as a content delivery network (CDN) and provides DDoS protection for every request. As part of this, Cloudflare may set functional cookies such as __cf_bm (bot management) and cf_clearance (challenge clearance). These cookies are strictly necessary for security and are managed entirely by Cloudflare — see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare also provides a country-level geolocation header (CF-IPCountry) with each request. We use this header solely for anonymous, aggregated analytics (see below). No IP addresses are stored or logged by our application.

Third-Party Cookies

Cloudflare Turnstile — when you interact with the newsletter subscription form, Cloudflare's bot protection may set an additional challenge cookie to verify you are not a bot.

Newsletter Subscription Data

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store the information you provide (email address, name, position, category and frequency preferences, and language) in our database. This data is used solely to deliver the newsletter service and occasional communications from CloudPandas. You can update your preferences or unsubscribe at any time using the links included in every email.

Newsletter Email Tracking

Our newsletter emails are sent through Resend, which may track whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. This data is collected in aggregate to help us understand engagement and improve our content. It is not used for advertising or shared with third parties. Privacy-First Website Analytics

We collect anonymous, aggregated page view statistics to understand how our content performs. The data we collect includes: the page path visited, the referring domain, and the visitor's country (derived from Cloudflare's CF-IPCountry header). This data is fully anonymous — we do not use cookies for analytics, store IP addresses, collect personal information, or perform any cross-site tracking. No individual visits can be reconstructed from this data.
